ROSS RACING PISTONS are not legal in the State of California on pollution controlled motor vehicles. The Federal government and certain states have various laws that may prohibit the removal and/or modification of any part of the emission system on street driven vehicles. Vehicles not used on public streets or highways are generally exempt from emissions regulation, however, check the current federal and state laws to be sure to stay current.

Custom pistons are not returnable for refund or credit regardless of circumstances unless customer submitted a written purchase order and pistons do not meet the requirements of the written P.O. Do not attempt to install ROSS RACING PISTONS before reading the instructions. ROSS RACING PISTONS & Custom Performance reserves the right to make changes in design, materials and specifications, or to make product changes without incurring liability or obligation with respect to similar products previously manufactured.

At least 20% charge to cover handling will be made on all stocking returned parts. All returns must have prior permission and Return Goods Authorization number (RGA) must be clearly printed on the outside of the box. Freight collect shipments will be refused.
